Everyday Addiction releases April 23.
– A New Song About Power, Desire, and Confidence
There’s something special about songs that feel like a movie. Not just sound, but mood. Not just lyrics, but emotions, images, scents – like a kind of emotional high.
“Everyday Addiction” is that kind of song. A sonic journey where the scent of attraction and control becomes almost physical.
I wrote this song with a clear intention:
What does it feel like to be the one who affects others?
To know the impact you have – and to lean confidently into it?

A Song About Owning Your Energy
For years, female artists have had to navigate the fine line between sensuality and respect.
As a songwriter and artist, it’s been important to me to create something that doesn’t apologize for its strength – but also doesn’t lose its soft, flirty edge.
“Everyday Addiction” captures that exact moment when you know you’ve made your way into someone’s head.
You don’t have to try hard. You simply are – and that’s enough.
“Now he’s dreamin’ ‘bout me every night, oh / Say you can’t sleep, baby, I know / That’s that my aroma.”
The lyrics play with metaphor and imagery – scents, flavors, rhythms.
There’s intentional humor and double meaning in lines like:
“Soft touch and I soothed ya – I know I Mountain Dewed ya.”
For me, sensuality should also be playful and energetic – not just serious or heavy.

Musical Balance – Playfulness and Power
The vocals in “Everyday Addiction” are rooted in a confident, playful tone.
I love working in contrasts – and this song moves between intimate, flirty verses and powerful, pop-driven choruses that invite both dancing and attitude.
The production blends classic pop with modern beats and subtle, sensual details – as if the sound itself is whispering in your ear.
The structure of the song pulls the listener into waves of attraction and release.
A Modern Love Song – With Control
What makes “Everyday Addiction” stand out is how it flips the traditional love song dynamic.
While most pop songs are about longing for someone, this one is about being the one who’s being longed for.
It’s a celebration of feminine power, freedom, and magnetic energy – without shame, without apology.
It also reflects on the kind of emotional power we can hold in romantic relationships – and how that can feel both euphoric and disorienting.
Why Everyday Addiction?
The title refers to how some people – or relationships – become part of our everyday life like an addiction.
It starts off light and exciting, but before you know it, you’re caught in a rhythm you don’t want to break.
But this song isn’t about being the one who gets caught – it’s about being the one who catches.
The one who leaves a mark that can’t be shaken off.
